AI & agentic-workflow consultancy · Berlin
AI agents that do real work in your company.
We help startups, Mittelstand companies and corporates put AI to work where it pays off: strategy, agentic workflows and custom AI agents for marketing, sales, service, operations, finance, HR, legal and IT. From the first use case to production and operations, with data protection and the EU AI Act built in.
What we do
Most companies do not need more AI experiments. They need one workflow that runs reliably in production, then the next one.
Neurotech AI Solutions is an independent consultancy for applied AI and agentic workflows. We find the processes where language models and AI agents create measurable value, design the systems and guardrails, build the first agents with your team, and keep them reliable after go-live.
We work across every function of the business, from marketing and sales to customer service, operations, finance, HR, legal and IT. And we are vendor-neutral: the platform is chosen to fit your systems, your data and your risk appetite, not the other way round.

How we work
Five phases, each with a defined outcome. You can stop after any of them and keep everything we produced.
Assess
Two to three weeks to understand your processes, data, systems and constraints, and to identify the first use cases with a rough business case.
Design
A prioritised roadmap, a target architecture that fits your IT landscape, and a governance model that satisfies data protection, the EU AI Act and your works council.
Pilot
Six to eight weeks to a production-grade pilot: integrated with your systems, evaluated against a baseline, with humans in the loop where it matters.
Scale
Roll the pattern out to further workflows and teams, train the people who own them, and move from individual agents to an operating model.
Operate
Monitoring, evaluations, model updates and cost control, so an agent that works today still works when the model behind it changes.
Who we work with
Startups & scale-ups
Decide where AI belongs in your product and your operations, build lean AI-native operations with agents, and rent senior expertise until you are ready to hire.
Mittelstand (SMEs)
Pragmatic AI and agent projects for owner-managed companies: fitting your ERP and lean IT, driven by the skills shortage, delivered on site in German, with knowledge transfer built in.
Enterprise & corporates
A senior, independent specialist unit for corporates: from a portfolio of pilots to governed production programmes, platform decisions and AI governance at scale.
Why Neurotech
Production over pilots
Every engagement is designed to end with something running in your business, with an owner, a metric and a plan for operations. Demos are a means, not the goal.
Senior people only
You work directly with experienced consultants and engineers who have designed, built and operated AI systems. No hand-off to a junior bench after the kick-off.
Governance built in
Data protection, the EU AI Act, information security and co-determination are part of the design from day one. That is how AI gets approved, not just prototyped. See our AI governance service.
Vendor-neutral, EU-aware
We have no reseller agreements. We work with Microsoft, Google, AWS, OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral and open-weight models, including EU-hosted and on-premises options when confidentiality demands it.

Quick answers
What is an AI agent, in one paragraph?
An AI agent is software that uses a language model to pursue a goal across several steps: it reads context, decides what to do next, uses tools such as your CRM, ERP or email, and hands over to a person when a decision needs one. Unlike a chatbot, it completes tasks rather than answering questions. Our guide What is agentic AI? goes deeper.
How long until something is actually running?
Typically six to eight weeks from the start of a pilot to an agent working in production on a defined workflow, after a two- to three-week assessment. Pace depends mostly on system access and how quickly decisions are made on your side.
Do you work with companies outside Berlin?
Yes. We work remotely across Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the rest of Europe, and on site where it helps, particularly during assessments and workshops.
How do you charge?
In fixed-scope packages for assessments, strategy and pilots, and in monthly retainers for operations and fractional leadership. We quote after a short intro call, once we understand the scope. There are no licence resale margins in our pricing.
Let's find the first workflow worth automating.
A 30-minute intro call, no slides and no obligation. We listen, ask about your processes, and tell you honestly where AI agents would pay off and where they would not.
