We read your message
A consultant, not a ticket system. If something is unclear, we ask by email before proposing a call.
30-minute intro call
You describe the situation, we ask about processes, systems, data and constraints. No slides. By the end we can usually say which workflow is the best first candidate and what format fits: assessment, strategy, pilot or training.
A short written proposal
Scope, deliverables, timeline, team and a fixed price or retainer. If we think you do not need us yet, we say so and point you to what you can do yourself.
Frequently asked questions
Is the intro call free and without obligation?
Yes. It is a conversation, not a sales presentation. You get our first assessment either way.
What should we prepare?
Nothing formal. It helps if you can name one or two processes that cost the most time or cause the most friction, and which systems they run in (for example an ERP, CRM or ticketing tool). Numbers are welcome but not required.
Do you sign NDAs before a first conversation?
Usually the intro call does not require confidential details. If it does, we are glad to sign a mutual NDA first; send yours or ask for ours.
Do you also work outside Germany?
Yes: remotely across Europe, in English or German, and on site where it is useful.
