Privacy notice
The short version: this website sets no cookies, runs no analytics and does no tracking. The contact form sends nothing to us on its own; it opens an email in your mail client. Here is the long version.
1. Controller
Neurotech AI Solutions GmbH, Lückstraße 24, 10317 Berlin, Germany, represented by its Managing Director Ashraf Al-Eryani. Contact for all data-protection matters: hello@neurotech-ai.de.
2. What this website processes
neurotech-ai.de is a static website. It sets no cookies, embeds no analytics or tracking of any kind and stores no data entered by visitors. We do not build profiles of visitors and receive no individual visitor data ourselves.
When you open the site, technically necessary connection data (in particular your IP address, the requested URL, user agent and timestamp) is processed in server logs by our hosting provider in order to deliver the pages and defend against abuse. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in operating a functional and secure website.
3. Hosting
The site is served by GitHub Pages, a service of GitHub, Inc., USA. GitHub processes the connection data described above on our behalf. Transfers to the USA are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, under which GitHub is certified. Details: GitHub General Privacy Statement.
4. Fonts
The typefaces used on this site are hosted on our own web space and delivered together with the pages. No font requests are sent to Google or any other third party.
5. Contact form and email
The contact form does not transmit data to this website or to any third-party service. When you submit it, your browser opens your own email program with a pre-filled message; nothing is sent until you send that email yourself. Any details you enter reach us only as part of that email.
The "Book an intro call" buttons link to an appointment-booking page provided by Google Calendar (Google Ireland Ltd.). It opens only when you click the button; data you enter there is processed by Google to schedule the appointment and made available to us. Google's privacy policy applies to that page.
If you email us, we process your email address, name and the content of your message to handle your request and any subsequent business relationship (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Messages are kept only as long as the correspondence requires or commercial-law and tax-law retention duties demand.
6. External links
This site links to external websites, for example those of software vendors and public bodies. When you follow such a link, the respective provider's privacy notice applies. We have no influence on their processing.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21), as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit.
8. Client engagements
Data we process in the course of consulting engagements, for example when building or operating AI systems for clients, is governed by the respective contract and data-processing agreement, not by this website notice.
