Services

Everything between the idea and an agent in production.

Ten services that cover the full path: understanding where AI pays off, deciding what to build, building it with the right guardrails, enabling your people, and running it reliably. Take one, or the whole path.

01

How the services fit together

Assess, design, build, enable, operate. Each service is a complete piece of work on its own, and each one hands over cleanly to the next.

Most clients enter through the readiness assessment or the AI strategy, because those answer the question that matters first: which workflows are worth automating, in what order, and what will it take. From there, the agentic workflow and agent development services deliver the first systems, and managed AI operations keeps them working.

Three services run alongside the rest: governance makes sure what you build can be approved and defended, training makes sure your people can use and own it, and data foundations removes the data blockers where they genuinely exist. A fractional Chief AI Officer ties everything together for companies that do not yet have an AI lead.

All services

AI strategy & roadmap

A prioritised, costed roadmap of AI and agent use cases, a target architecture and a governance model, in four to six weeks.

AI readiness assessment

A two- to three-week diagnostic across data, systems, skills, governance, processes and culture, ending in three first use cases and a 90-day plan.

Agentic workflow automation

Multi-step business processes automated end to end by LLM-powered agents across ERP, CRM, ticketing and email, with human approval steps built in.

Custom AI agent development

Single- and multi-agent systems designed and built for production: tool use, memory, MCP servers, evaluation suites, guardrails and EU deployment.

Enterprise knowledge assistants (RAG)

Assistants that answer from your SharePoint, Confluence, DMS, ERP and ticket history: permission-aware, with citations, evaluated, hosted in the EU.

AI governance, EU AI Act & GDPR

An AI register, risk classification under the EU AI Act, GDPR-aligned processes and a usage policy your teams will actually follow, built together with your lawyers and your data protection officer.

AI training & workshops

Executive briefings, AI literacy for every employee, department workshops that end with working prompts, and agent-builder enablement for your power users. On site or remote, in German and English.

Fractional Chief AI Officer

A senior AI leader embedded in your company one to two days a week: owns the roadmap, decides on vendors and architecture, runs governance and reports to the board, until you no longer need one.

Managed AI operations (AgentOps)

Monitoring, evaluation, model upgrades, cost control and incident handling for agents and LLM applications after go-live, with a monthly review and documentation your auditors can read.

Data foundations for AI

Pragmatic, incremental data work for agents: inventory, document pipelines, APIs, search, definitions and access control, one use case at a time.

Which service to start with

  1. You are not sure where AI would pay off

Start with the readiness assessment. Two to three weeks, a scorecard, three recommended first use cases and a 90-day plan.

  2. You have ideas but no order, budget or architecture

The AI strategy produces a ranked use-case portfolio, a target architecture, a governance model and a business case your board can decide on.

  3. You know the process and want it automated

Go straight to agentic workflow automation or custom agent development. We validate the scope in the intro call and start with a six- to eight-week pilot.

  4. Your people search for information all day

An enterprise knowledge assistant with permission-aware retrieval and citations is usually the fastest visible win.

  5. Legal, the works council or IT security are asking questions

The governance service gives you an AI register, risk classification, policies and oversight design that answer them.

  6. Agents are live but nobody owns them

Managed AI operations adds monitoring, evaluations and model updates. A fractional CAIO adds ownership at leadership level.

Frequently asked questions

Can we combine services or do them in a different order?

Yes. The services are modular. A common path is assessment → pilot → operations, skipping the full strategy until a second or third use case makes a roadmap worthwhile. We will tell you honestly if a service is not needed in your situation.

Do you implement, or only advise?

Both. The consultants who assess and design also build, together with your team or your existing IT partner. Everything we build is documented and handed over; you own the code and the deliverables.

What size of company are the services designed for?

From funded startups with twenty people to corporate business units with thousands. The formats scale: a Mittelstand assessment involves three interviews and one workshop; an enterprise assessment covers several functions and an architecture board. See our pages for startups, Mittelstand and enterprise.

Which platforms and models do you work with?

Whatever fits. Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry, Google Gemini and Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock, Salesforce Agentforce, SAP Joule, n8n, LangGraph and others on the platform side; models from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Mistral and open-weight families, including EU-hosted and on-premises deployment. We hold no reseller agreements.

Next step

Let's find the first workflow worth automating.

A 30-minute intro call, no slides and no obligation. We listen, ask about your processes, and tell you honestly where AI agents would pay off and where they would not.
