A small consultancy built for the unglamorous part of AI.
Neurotech AI Solutions GmbH was founded in Berlin in 2025 with a narrow conviction: the value of AI in a company is decided not by the model but by the workflow, the integration, the guardrails and the people who own it. We do that part, end to end.
Why we exist
Remarkable machine intelligence is now cheap and everywhere. Companies that use it well are still rare.
The gap is not access to models. It is the distance between a convincing demo and a system that runs every day inside an ERP, a CRM or a ticket queue, with permissions, evaluations, audit trails and a person who knows what to do when it fails. Closing that distance is engineering, process work and governance in equal parts, and it is where most AI initiatives stall.
We founded Neurotech AI Solutions to do exactly that work for companies that cannot or do not want to build a large internal AI team first: startups that need AI-native operations from day one, Mittelstand companies that want a pragmatic partner who speaks their language, and corporate units that have plenty of pilots and no production.

Principles
Start with the workflow, not the model
The question is never "what can this model do?" but "which step in which process is worth changing, and what does that need?" Models are interchangeable. A well-understood process is not.
Production is the deliverable
We ship pilots that are built like production systems: integrated, evaluated, permissioned, monitored. The alternative, a prototype that has to be rebuilt to go live, is the most common way AI budgets are wasted.
Humans decide, agents prepare and execute
Approval gates, least-privilege access and audit trails are design features. They are also what makes an agent approvable by legal, security and the works council, which is a precondition for value, not an obstacle to it.
Senior people, small teams
Every engagement is staffed with experienced consultants and engineers who have designed, built and operated AI systems. We keep teams small and stay close to the process owners.
Independent by construction
We hold no reseller agreements and take no vendor commissions. Recommendations are paid for by our clients only, which is the only arrangement under which they are worth anything.
Transfer, do not entrench
Documentation, training and ownership are part of every project, so that your team can run and extend what we built. We measure our success by how little you need us afterwards.
Berlin, deliberately
We operate under German corporate law and the GDPR, and we consider that a feature.
Software that reads a company's contracts, customer data and internal communication should be built by people who are accountable somewhere concrete. We are a German GmbH, we sign data-processing agreements, and we design for EU data protection and the EU AI Act because our clients have to live with both.
From Berlin we work remotely across Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the rest of Europe, and on site whenever a workshop, a plant visit or a difficult conversation is better had in person.
